KIND WORDS
What clients say
I had switched therapists a few times before finding Richa and I'm glad I did. I knew what I wanted from therapy and she provided exactly that. I really liked her approach and the way she guided our sessions. It always felt comfortable and insightful.
- Jahnvi Poddar, Individual Therapy
Working with Richa has genuinely made a positive difference in my life and in my marriage. She helped us navigate some difficult challenges and in managing my day-to-day anxiety. I always felt understand and supported during our sessions. Initially I took time to open up, but she was extremely patient with me. I found her to be extremely caring and effective.
